Para-Cord Survival Bracelet

For my first product review I would like to fill you in on a little item called the 'Para-cord Bracelet'.

This item is used by the military, campers and outdoor enthusiasts. This nifty little bracelet both looks great and serves a very practical need if ever needed. It's like carrying around a roll of extra line. Every inch of your wrist diameter equals approximately one foot of Para-Cord. This is plenty of cord for survival situations, and since you wear it, you will always have it with you.

I got mine about a month ago and have had it on ever since. It fits great and wears good under long sleeve shirts. (It's like having on one of those 'Live Strong' rubber bracelets. I have also had it on in the shower. It does not shrink or contract when dry or sag when wet. It is a little more pliable when wet though, but that is a given.

Overall, I consider this a great buy and a necessity if you spend any amount of time in the woods hiking or camping. You can get yours on Amazon for around 4 dollars. Follow the link below.

  1. That does seem pretty great to have around, and you can trust to have it with you at all times. However, does it take much time in unrolling the whole cord?

  2. Yea, that would be the only downfall. With this type of design the unraveling is going to take some time. However, and you know this, no matter how long it might take to unravel, it's still better to at least have it.
